Wow. As I drove south on Hwy 92 I could see a huge fire smoking in the Huachucas. Yesterday it seemed to be confined to Ramsey Canyon and under control and the Yellow Grosbeak was being seen at Mary Jo’s B & B. Right now there’s no assurance that any of the houses in Ash Canyon are save. My thoughts and prayers go out to all the residents. I’m regrouping will update tomorrow.

Obviously since John has spent the past month either in remote parts of Alaska or in the air he hasn’t taken the time to watch the news. . . .or he’d have known that Arizona was on fire! My thoughts and prayers go out to all those people as well.
