No luck on the Graylag Goose today. The numbers of Canada Geese that came into the Chambly Basin today were down. We’ll be out at the reservoir before dawn tomorrow.

worst…birder…ever
Think Detriot Lions… no matter how much they are down at the beginning of the fourth quarter, they know the win is theirs to grab, simply because of talent… The birds will come.
I saw on the Quebec bird page that the Greylag was seen at around 7:30 am on Nov 21 and seen flying off into some fields?? This seemed like a normal activity for these birds based on what I’ve heard about this bird to date. I’m sure it’s still there, hopefully you’ve seen it already.
Added #271 for my NL year list today with White-breasted Nuthatch. Can you believe it’s the first record for the province?! Mega rarity here and mega trash everywhere else, probably about 20X rarer then Redwing or Fieldfare.
One man’s trash is another man’s ecstasy.
